Recruiter

Be part of the team that is driving change in the way people book and travel through ground transportation. We are looking for someone who can help us set up, maintain, and improve our recruiting and HR processes while proposing actions to management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying recruiting needs
• Creating and updating job descriptions
• Posting job ads and sourcing candidates creatively
• Keeping candidates engaged through constant communication
• Presenting candidates to hiring managers
• Hiring and onboarding new team members
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of eligible candidates
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Qualifying or rejecting candidates based on feedback and resume reviews
• Acting as the main contact for candidate questions
• Meeting weekly quotas related to calls and emails

• Stays positive under pressure and adapts to challenges

Additional qualifications:

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
• A Bachelor’s degree (or close to completing one)
• Ability to collaborate with a globally distributed team
• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring (owning a database of profiles is a plus)
• Ability to understand the business rationale behind an open position

• The job is full-time, 5 days a week (weekdays and/or weekends) for 8 hours a day

• You'll be employed as a contractor, so you'll have all the flexibility you need

• We offer 4 paid weeks off
