Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead our Human Resources function from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for developing HR policies, managing full-cycle recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture. HR Strategy & Development
Build and implement HR processes, policies, and best practices.Develop and oversee initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
• Establish internal HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.
• Develop strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements.

Onboarding Experience
• Design and manage an effective onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.

Culture & Employee Relations
• Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and ensuring a supportive work environment.

Additional qualifications:
Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
A Bachelor’s degree (or close to completing one).
• Ability to collaborate with a globally distributed team.

About the role

• The job is full-time, 5 days a week (weekdays and/or weekends) for 8 hours a day

• You'll be employed as a contractor, so you'll have all the flexibility you need

• We offer 4 paid weeks off
