Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Execution:

Define and execute a roadmap aligned with Mozio’s strategic goals

• Drive initiatives that optimize both mobile-first and desktop experiences for seamless user engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with the distribution and marketing teams to communicate product improvements effectively to partners, travel agents, and end users

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and execution timelines

Optimize the Booking Experience:

Lead efforts to redesign and improve the booking flow for mozio.com, partner white labels, and travel agent tools

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver intuitive and high-performing interfaces tailored for mobile-first users

Autonomous Data-Driven Product Management:

Take full ownership of data gathering, reporting, and analysis, leveraging tools like SQL and product analytics platforms (Posthog)

• Use data insights to measure success, prioritize initiatives, and guide product decisions

• Build detailed reports to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, drop-offs, and feature adoption

Travel Agent Solutions:

Strengthen Mozio’s tools for travel agents, ensuring they meet specific needs and support repeat business

• Identify opportunities to enhance travel agent satisfaction and grow this user segment

Coordination with Engineering & Design:

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to iterate on mobile-first, responsive designs

• Partner with engineers to navigate technical complexities, ensuring that API integrations and system workflows align with product goals

Quality Assurance & Iterative Improvements:

Ensure bug-free and performant experiences across platforms

• Drive iterative testing and refinements for continuous improvement of the booking journey

Requirements

This role demands expertise in UX/UI design, product research, and data-driven decision-making, along with a solid technical foundation to collaborate with engineers on complex systems. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate an ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in product management

• Proven expertise in delivering mobile-first, responsive web solutions (experience with native mobile apps is a plus but not required)

• Strong background in UX/UI-focused product management, user research, and conversion rate optimization

Skills:

Exceptional data autonomy, with the ability to build reports and analyze product performance independently (SQL proficiency required)

• Expertise in product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for aligning cross-functional teams

• Ability to craft and execute mobile-first, responsive designs with designers and engineers

Technical Acumen:

Solid understanding of complex backend/frontend systems and API workflows

• Ability to navigate technical challenges and propose feasible solutions in collaboration with engineers

Leadership:

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver impactful products, including in the mobile domain

About the role

• The job is full-time, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

• You'll be employed as a contractor, so you'll have all the flexibility you need

• We offer 4 paid weeks off
