When I arrived in Budapest they took me to the hotel in a van that I didn't rent. I rented a car and it was very cold on top. on the way back from the hotel to the airport they took me by car just what I rented but still very cold, the driver had the car windows down.

Nos estaban esperando en el aeropuerto y tras unos 10 minutos nos llevaron al hotel. Todo genial, el conductor muy bien.

Flight was delayed for several hours and taxi was still waiting for us. Driver was excellent and polite.

The driver did not meet and greet, was rude and said he couldn't stop in the airport because he has to pay for parking after 10 minutes. He told me on the phone to walk to a certain place and he'll drive in a green Passat but he was in a yellow car with no name of your company or indication that he was my driver. After I asked for assistance to carey my bag to the car, which he did do (that and the fact that I arrived at my hotel explains a justification for one star) he just asked- are you Anita? After rushing me into the car he asked me which address I was going to. I thought he should have this information and asked him to tell me. When I confirmed I mentionned the name of the hotel. He wore no mask but put one on after telling me that I have to ask him kindly to do so and ranting about how the laws of Germany do not apply in Hungary. I kindly asked him not to dpesk to me becsuse I had to concentrate on work. I doubt the car was desinfected. The ride was most disagreeable and I felt distressed until arriving safely at my destination after he first stopped at a building about 350 meters away.
