The driver wasn't there upon arrival as stated; I had to call the desk then wait 5 mins to be called back (this was at 5am local time - 3am my time); then once driver arrived and located him, he didn't help with the trolley and me pushing it ove the kerb caused the duty free to fall out and smash (a very good bottle of claret) then has also caused staining over my mother's beautiful white silk and mink couture outfit I brought to wear at the prty I've come to Istanbul for; HOWEVER, he was very nice once in the car. AND the car was very comfortable. BUT I am down on the wine and the dry cleaning (if cleanable). Plus I need to source another outfit for the party,

i cidnt receive my transfer. he was not at the gye upon my arrival soni had to pay for a taxi. inhave teo young children who became vetu agitated

when arriving at the airport the driver dod not have a name board, we had to wait for nearly 45 mins to leave the airport as driver was late!
