very polite driver and nice car

Everything was o.k. the driver was nice and helpfull.

we arrived at 9.30 and booking was.made for 10am and driver seemed fustrated as kept pointing to the time of booking. i couldnt work out what his.problem was.

Such a lovely, friendly driver. Door to door was great when arriving late in a new city.

First pik up didn't Apear. I waited 45 minuts & no reply from the emergency phone (did'nt even pick up the phone!!) I had to pay own taxi & now your company doens waatns to compensate, only refund a service they didnt do. What about the extramoney I had to pay & my time? Regards Miguel Angel Franco

It started from the order that we placed. Our landing time was 21:20 (PM) and in your transfer mesage you wrote that 10:15 (AM) ls the time that your driver will be waiting for us...When I contacted few days before with Jesus (your/trasfer4u company person) - he said that it is my problem and not yours !!! After our landing, we were waiting about an hour for the driver. After I called to transfer4u office, in my disappointed, I've been told that my order was not existed...So tell me please what we should do with my payment and this situation ???
