the driver must be on time, mine came with 20 mn delay. I was booking a taxi when my driver just arrived. A shame, an expansive shame .

get your taxi driver to know where the hotel is,,, driver going around in circles trying to find hotel. a- one hotel is a major hotel in pattaya and your driver should find out where it is , this is my 2nd experience in recent weeks with your company and the other driver could not find the hotel either... not proffessional.. cars are clean and drivers polite...but thats about it.
