ドライバーさんと連絡するにも、私が海外ではiPadしか利用できないので、What's upやSMSでコンタクトが取れないため、合流するのに大変だった。カスタマーサービスに何度も数日前にメールしてもこの件で、連絡が取れず、かろうじてドライバーの名前と電話番号がわかったので、空港についてSimカードを購入した際に、店員にお願いして電話を借りてドライバーさんとコンタクト取ることができました。携帯を持たないで利用する人も居ると思うので、メールでも対応できるようにして欲しい。 コンタクトが取れた後は、スムーズで快適でした。
