timing commitment so bad

it was booked for 15.00 hrs pick up and noone picked uo until 15.45 and i left as got tired of waiting

Thank you the feedback oportunity! The first gentle guy that picked me on arrival Wednesday, 13th June 2018 in NYC was super courteous and very cosiderate! The one assigned for my departure on Friday, 15th July 2018 was appauling!! Arrogant and rude!!! An older person that one would have thought should exhibits some manners but hell No! He came late and i in a subtle and humble tone expressed my mind saying " Aww..i've been waiting" and what i heard was " So? You think you are the only person? Miss, are you coming or not" and he walked in the full glare of other people. i was more than embarrassed. I was given a 7:35am appointment and i made sure i was ready to be picked up before 7am just to avoid delays on my part only for him to come and ruined my day and made me regrets my bookings when i had other choices. Thanks!

driver was great as was your other employees, however the air on the van didnt work and it was like riding in a suana.

Nadie se presentó a recogerme. Sinceramente, después de un vuelo de casi once horas, llegar al aeropuerto y no poder hacer uso de un servicio contratado, y pagado, no es de recibo. Les sugiero que, si no son capaces de asegurar el servicio, no lo ofrezcan.

I was picked up at my hotel and the whole bus was completley full! I was made to sit in between two people at the back of the bus wirh my bags on top of me and my suitcase crammed to the side.
