Super Shuttle New Zealand

it seemed that we took a longer route through the bays and the driver was not really sure if the correct path to take at times.

Driver was early (which I was happy about b/c I was nervous I would be late for my flight!). He was also super sweet and plesenat to talk to. Comfortable seats as well.

Booked on line received email. Arrived Auckland followed instruction we went there but no “airport shuttle” . We showed our email to a super shuttle driver who said no we arent airport shuttles. I rang the number I had and spoke to Jared who said “you need to go to door 8 outside Jetstar” .we walked there and stood here for 25 min. Rang again and spoke to Phillip who said we were in the wrong place and that there were 5 vans. He described the van to me Blue and white with an arrow and described the location. Back we went and yes there it was. It would be helpful if your invoice and email makes it clear that the vans are Super shuttle and has you logo so people know what they are looking for.

Arrived promptly, very friendly driver who chatted to us when we got in the shuttle. Great, quick service to the airport for a great price.

It was really punctual, friendly driver.
