Fue puntual. No se bajó del coche ,no se identificó; fuimos nosotros quien le preguntamos que si era nuestro trnasporte.Nosotros tuvimos que abrir el maletero e introducir las maletas. Mi puerta no cerraba bien y ,después de varios intentos, mi marido tuvo que bajarse del coche y cerrarmw bien la puerta. el chófer fue incapaz de bajar del coche para nada.
the driver was very friendly and prompt. The only problem is that I booked a Mercedes E350 or similar for the vehicle to be picked up in. We were picked up in a mini van instead. A little disappointed since I picked Spoton specifically because I was able to choose the Mercedes as an option.

El pirmer traslado del dia 20 de diciembre no fue muy bueno, en el sentido que el conductor queria que abonase la espera y el parking, y el segundo fue genial, sin problemas algunl. Gracias.
at the Luton airport passengers have delays at immigration desk and driver complained that he payed a lot for parking. so he maybe came too early?
