we were scheduled for a 1:55pm pickup and had to wait outside until 2:49pm before we were allowed to board a bus. I don’t mind paying any cost, but want to be picked as agreed and that did not happen, which was extremely frustrating after traveling 6 hours to get to Hawaii. on top of that we were placed on a bus at the full 11 person capacity, which there was four other buses before that one we were put on that only had 2 to 4 people on them. the pricing was excellent, but i can definitely see i got what I had paid for. next time i will not book your service, and I am quite sure you company doesn’t care what I think. the one good thing was that your Driver Mike was outstanding and a great driver and very friendly. thanks to Mike!!! our driver continued to share his knowledge of the island and answered all the last minute questions people had. He dropped us off at the right gate on time. If I come back I will be sure to call on SpeediShuttle again.
