the driver was awesome, but when my hotel called to confirm the pickup, they siad i needed to confirm 24 hours before the ride. I didn't see that in any of the communications i recieved. If that is standard procedure it should be made more clear. like maybe a text or email "click here to confirm your ride"....
I was picked up at according time and taken straight to my Hotel. Many thanks !!
