The booking process was easy. I was never sent an email with my driver information of a confirmation for pick up. When it was time for us to leave we called a few hours before to reschedule our pick up and we couldn't reach anyone, i had to chat with someone online. When we finally reached someone I was told that i needed to call 24hrs beforehand to schedule my pickup. I was never told that i needed to do that. In the email it states that the shuttle would be at my hotel two hours before my flight departure. When I spoke to a woman at Provo she said it was on my email, which clearly it wasn't. We did eventually get picked up and made it for departure. All in all i was very displeased with your company and will not be using you again. I would rather walk to my hotel then use your company again.
