Driver helped me at the front desk of the hotel with translation

Hi, I havr huge complain about the taxi service. I booked my taxi via edreams.com, Booking reference: MOZ2573238, for the date 09/07/2021 to pick me up at 5pm from Bratislava airport to Trnava, SK. The taxi driver supposed to wait for me in Bratislava airport at the arrival hall holding sign with my name Kamila Capkovicova. But my driver wasn't waiting for me there at all! I was waiting for him on the arrival hall from 4.30 pm until 5.30pm. He wasn't there. I tried to call several times on these two numbers: +1 415 969 7669 and +421 948 700 707 , on same date 09/07/2021 after 5pm, but no one answered. I payed for service £42,20 in advance, you took my money from my bank account, but no driver was waiting for me. At the end I had to ask another taxi driver to give me a lift to my home to Trnava, which cost me another 60 euro I hope you will sort this isuue ASAP and you will sort to give me money back, as I deserve refund. VERY, VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE!!! Nobody meet me at viena airport, nobody communicated me by phone, nobode returned my money!!!
