my only complaintceas that your correspondence specified that that someone woukd be waiting in arrivals displaying our name, they weren't! we had to wander round inside and and out for 15 mins, after this we went to the desk and our name was displayed in the window there and we had to wait a further 15 mins for a driver

Il n'y a rien à changer, le chauffeur était à l'heure au lieu de rendez-vous. Prestation de qualité. Quand le guichet aéroport est fermé, il faudrait une information qui précise d'attendre tout simplement le chauffeur qui se présentera à l'heure dite.
