待ち合わせ時間に１時間近く遅れたが、きちんと待っていてくれて、途中のコンビニにもよる?とか、気を使ってくれました。 とても良かったです。

thwy hot the times mixed up after many emaila amd when we arrived were not there. yhen i get a call hours later saying they are waiting for is. i have no idea what went on but will never use this service again

Dear Mozia, I booked with Agoda airport transfer to my villa. Firstly, there was no one waiting for us at the airport arrival. It was a signboard and we had to wait 10 minutes for them to come. Thereafter we proceeded to the waiting area. They initially informed us that it was a 10 minute wait but it started to extend to 20/30 minutes. The driver was not even nearby. The lady organising even took a photo of me with my name (I do not appreciate that). We gave up waiting and went to take a taxi which took a second to organise. I would like my money refunded as soon as possible.
