It might be nice when you know ahead of time that your passengers are headed to the mountains where it is snowing to send a car and driver that is equipted to drive in the snow. I felt bad for our driver because once we got up there her car was sliding and then got stuck. Ellen was wonderful and I woukd love to be able to tip her in addition if I can. I hope she made it down safely.

Most of all, I'm very satisfied with your Lyft driver. He's so nice, kind, and very cheerful. I could relieve my stress. Actually I was a little nervous because it's first time to use your service. Second, CS support team members were also nice. They didn't get testy although my English speaking was too bad. A little difficult thing is that I must speack English during all the time when we talked about pick-up. It's just my will, I wish Korean translation will be supported by you.

First drive took me a mile and then dropped me off unceremoniously at an airport hotel. He said he didn't have his green card with him and didn't want to risk travel. Second driver was callled, eventually showed up and then also refused - didn't want to drive that far. Same with thirsd driver. Finally and hour and a quarter later a driver accpted the pre scheduled trip. Very disappoitning and created problems when I was late to destination.
