My reaction is at the end. Mozio's respond was as below: Thank you for contacting Mozio and I am terribly sorry you were not picked up. Unfortunately, because this is a shared ride provider, the provider can only wait up to one (1) hour after the flight lands and cannot wait any additional time. It appears that you had requested a pickup time of 1400 (2:00 PM) which was unfortunately not possible for this provider. In this case, the driver had only waited an hour after the flight had landed then left. They were not able to wait until the requested time of 1400 (2:00 PM). My reaction: what's the point to let me choose the pick up time? While anytime I picked one hour after my arrival time is a waste of the money - 25 euro paid for nothing-
