Comfortable vehicle, very pleasant driver. The only issue is that the central groundlink station couldn't communicate properly with his vehicle, so we were unable to track his arrival, and we were already halfway to the destination when I received a text to tell me the driver was waiting for me and we had 5 mintues to get going or I'd be charge a "wait fee". That was disconcerting. The driver told us he would call in as soon as he dropped us off and he apparently did as promised. But you really need to fix that communication problem.

driver was right on time, very knowledgable about Buenos Aires and safely dropped us at our accommodation with no issues at all. would recommend yiur service to anyone travelling to Buenos Aires.

Hello, our plane was on time, no delay. we where at the pickup place at 00.00 no driver was there with a sign with Mr Sweep what so ever. So we had to arrange another taxi! The extra cost and delay in time to make it up to our hotel. taxi 20 US dollar!!!! So I want the full amount of 30 US dollar back.
