Great vehicle and smooth ride. Driver was very nice and safe. Driver was a little late and no one was available to talk to since the pick up was so early in the morning. Overall it was a great experience and hassle free.

THe Drivers were professionlaand good. (thus 5 stars) Unfortunately Grayline admin staff were quite incompetent. Despite my pickup time was from hotel, they had it from the airport. I just hope they did not give the driver a hard time; he was incredibly patient and folks like him are needed in the admin section.
