driver didnt turn up but if you look at all the emails that have passed between us you wouldnt keep,sending the same ones

At airport pick up for transport to hotel ensure driver arrives on time and is there waiting in airport at coffee area at customs exit with a reception sign in place identifying the customer. There were other competitive firms with customer signs in place. Ater 20 hours in the air of flying from Toronto to Vancouver and Vancouver to Brisbane any client is very tired there should be NO delays. Keith Morley
