Driver arrived well ahead of schedule and announced himeself to hotel staff. Very courteous and patient. Clean car. pleasant journey without delay. Assisted with baggage.
cannot find people take care me, I need pay again money to go pier
the ride did not turn up i had to get a taxi to my hotel... I sent a meesage to the driver and he called me back to say he was at the hotel waiting for me to take me to the Airport!... i tild him i was really tired and thwnted to go to the hotel not be picked up from the hotel he then told me he would send a car and it would be 30 minutes... so I told him i would get a taxi myself. which I Did, the traffic was very bad it tool 45 minutes to get to the hotel and the traffic was bad both ways. he could not have got to the airpoty in 30 minutes anyway... I would like my money back!

Der Transfer war soweit in Ordnung. Der Abholpunkt sollte besser definiert werden. Wir warteten in der Arrival Hall und der Fahrer draußen am letzten Ausgang.
