ホテルが住宅街の入り組んだ場所にあったため、少し迷ったが概ね問題はありませんでした。

Dear Sir~!! With the reference to the pick-up service, nobody come to pick-up me at the airport & at the hotel during two days. (at the airport on 24th Feb., 2018, at the Hotel on 25th Feb., 2018.) First day, I & Sri Lanka persons called your provider so many times, first time response, but next never response. They who were picking up travelers tell me that you got ripped off by the provider. and that you should report to the police station in Colombo for violating the ordinance tomorrow early morning time. Second day, No one come to pick-up me at the appointed time. What happened~? How do you explain this situation~? How will you compensate me for my wasted time, my money and the psychological damages l’ve suffered~?? I will waiting for your smart answer. Wszystko było ok. Kierowcy przyjechali na czas, byli uprzejmi, obyci, dobrej klasy samochody. Przetrasportowali nas w dobrym czasie w wyznaczone miejsce.
