driver made the trip very enjoyable

It was absolutely bad. Driver didn't come. I waited 30 minutes. Nobody came. So i took a taxi for about 50 Dollars

Trip from Rhapsody Resort to Airport early Sunday morning was excellent. Driver asked if we would like the air conditioner on, he wore his cap every time he got out, and the drive was smooth with an excellent run to the airport, despite road blocks for the marathon. Definitely the way to go. thanks D.G

The confirmation email I received directed me to an old and incorrect meeting point, leading me to miss my shuttle despite being in the place I was told to be for 25 minutes prior to pick up time. No one looked for me. No one phoned me (info provided said they would). I phoned the number provided only to be told that I would need to wait another hour for the next service. I requested a refund so I could organise alternative transport and was told this was not possible without a series of emails and evidence etc. I was invited to email "customer service"... what a joke, no customer service from this company.
