What went well, was that the driver showed up on time. what went wrong, was that i had paid for private taxi transfers for both journeys. we'd shared with 2 others on way to hotel and on the way back to airport, we had 6 other people sharing the journey. wouldn't have bothered booking private transfers, if i had known

Less wait time, and shuffling between terminals. Ride itself was as good as can be. One seatbelt was broken however.

Goede rijstijl. Maar zeer lang moeten wachten bij aankomst. Op het voucher stond max 30 minuten. Dat aangegeven waardoor we na bijna 30 minuten dachten te vertrekken. Toen reden we naar een andere terminal om daar 2 mensen op te halen en weer terug naar de terminal waar we zelf eerst stonden te wachten om nog andere gasten op te halen. Uiteindelijk bijna 75 minuten gewacht

I WOULD GIVE ZEROS STAR THEY NEVER PICKED ME UP SO I WONT BOOK THIS SERVICE AGAIN .. BUT I WAS REFUNDED SO THANKS FIR THE REFUND.

exactly on time and also the ride of 1.40 minutes to the airport was exactly correct. taxi van looked super clean and driver was correct. thank you!

When we arrived at the airport in Cancun, our pick up was scheduled for 1:30pm and waited an hour for our van to arrive. The van arrived at around 2:30pm.

The emergency number didn't work; they did not confirm the return until 10 PM the night before and they were 32 minutes late for the return transfer. I would never use them again and would never reccomend them. The worst service ever
