L'application ne donne la carte d'embarquement en ce qui concerne Swiss Air. L'application ne permet pas d'automatiser les donnees du voyage retour pour faire un transfert de l'hotel à l'aeroport de Prague , ainsi que nos noms prenoms, numero de telephone alors que cela est deja implanté dans notre compte.

het was goed. Alleen de transfer 2 dagen ervoor veranderd van tijdstip, latere ophaaltijd. echter kwam de taxi niet, de receptie gad aan dat hij wr op de oude tijd was. De receptie heeft gebeld omdat het keuze menu volledig in spaans was, gelukkig kwam de taxi alsnog snel maar wel bijna een half uur te laat. Fijn als communicatie in engels kan.

Sam was very good. He contacted us as the plane landed and kept in contact with us till we could get to the parking lot and meet with him.

taxi booked for 20 people never turned up. it was booked gir 8.00 aand we waited till 8.15. when we called them they ssid ghey eould be 1/2 hour. very disappointing as we had 10 children that had been waiting in reception dince 7.45. we had ti made alternative arrangements.
