Bizim Transfer

I missed a name tag on my name so I know which fletag / car to take on the way to the hotel we had to wait a while before the car arrived (at the airport upon arrival exit) on the trip home it was really good the car arrived just at the time I got via email it was very goog 👍🏻

Bizim transfer (everyone saying) DO NOT communicate with hotels to let them know when they will arrive. They also never show up at meeting point at arrivals to greet customers. I waited 1.5hrs for a driver to turn up!!!On the way back, driver was on time but made more than 4 stops to pick up others plus 3 stops to drop people at different terminals!It was not agreed and I paid for speedy shuttle!!!Terrible customer service!

We were met by our driver, he gave water and arrived with comfortable to our destination. Everything was great.

It was confusing when ordering at airportshuttle having to specify both a flight time and a transfer pickuptime. They changed the pickup time from hotel anyway. It would be better to only spec flight time and then in god time get an email with pickuptime from hotel. Otherwise satisfied :-)
