Bell Limousine

the problem i had was on the website it showed a 4 person max van and what we got was a mini bus! the bust stops at multiple resorts and what i wanted was a ride directly to the resort. Bell Limousine needs to update their website to reflect actually what the offer. i guess next time i will use another service

Air conditioning in vehicle could have been turned on earlier. The driver was good

the guy came late, then he said i wasnt confirmed (even after i showed my confirmation email) and said i would have to pay again, called his dispatch and after about 5 more minutes we got going. frustrating.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP SO I HAD TO GET A LYFT RIDE, I CALLED AND NO ONE ANSWERED, I WAS WAITING FOR OVER 15 minutes before I left with another service. I also texted the contact number and heard nothing back, I don’t know how your service works but I am not impressed. WASTED MY MONEY

'automated phone service strange and difficult to work. I pre-paid and made a reservation before leaving home, but still had to stand in line outside the airport to get a voucher and find out where to find the shuttle. My return ride never showed up for a 2:00 pickup time, though I was outside the hotel earlier than 10 mins prior. Hotel bell desk called twice to your company to get a ride for me, but still no pickup after 1+ hours waiting. One Bell shuttle bus appeared but said he was only dropping off and would not take me to the airport or even call anyone for me. Another came after about 20mins but he said he wasn't there for me either. I pleaded with him to take me or I would miss my flight so he agreed, after making a stop at Circus Circus. I will never ride with Bell again. I saw dozens of people picked up promptly by Uber and Lyft so that is what I will use next time. Bell Limousine was a big disappointment and about the same price as I could have spent for a private ride.

I was waiting for the shuttle, but they did not come. so I took another taxi to get the airport.
