All went well until driver got a little lost and wanted us to walk (with our luggage) to our accommodation..not ideal. We improvised, got onto google maps and directed the driver. In the end we got there safe and sound.

The driver was on time, sent me a WhatsApp message with a pic of the sign he was waiting with for me and was very helpful&polite.

The driver was very late which was a but stressful but he was very lovely when he did get there.

Our driver, Putu, was fantastic and a very safe driver. We loved the service thanks.
