The driver was supposed to pick me up from the hotel at 11:15am. The drivee came early and left without any rescheduling. I had to take a taxi to the airport.
No one was there to pick me up yesterday, Sep. 2nd from Cartagena airport. I called your customer service twice and was hung up on. please refund.
they didnt show up. no one answered the first three calls we made.
