driver used his mobile alot while driving

driver claims he was waiting with sign. he was not. we followed instruction to locate the van but driver was not there. email with vehicle info was not received. wheelchairbound passenger was asked to get off the wheelchair because of time delay

When I arrived at the airport, I ended up taking a taxi without a pick-up with a placard.

hi how are you? on the way to the airport the driver got late. on the way back: no safty belt (to one of my children), i had a delayed flight (wheater problems) and no one waited for me or lefting massage (althogh the car compney knew my flight number) Nir

the original taxi guy did not turn up at the airport had to ring them yo find out where the taxi was, they sent another guy who was very nice, not the kind of thing you want when you land in a strange country

the driver is very kind!
