easy and simple

it was a little chaotic boarding the bus

so awful. im traumasised

when we booked the transfer we expected to be dropped off at or close to our hotel, we didn't realise that it was a normal bus service with a non english speaking driver who just dropped us off in an area which we didn't know and were left to find our own way in 30 degree heat which took us over 20 minutes. on the return it would be nice to have a bit of a map to show where the bus stop is but having said that, I would not book again and would not recommend anybody else to do so especially if they are elderly or infirm.

Bus did not show up. Arrived at bus stop 20mins before due bus time and waited 50mins in lashing rain.
