we rang the previous afternoon to ask whether we could be picked up an hour earlier and they refused to do it, saying that we needed to go through Agoda to do this. this ended up with us having to pay for another transfer to the airport and forfeiting t Mozio

Everything was very fine and doing well. The Driver Mrs. Cleide was very polite, friendly and very helpfull.
