On time and safe driver. Recommended!

Significant mix up with the reservation. the driver was not the same as indicated in the email, the reservation number wasn't the same, and the pick up time was earlier than what was scheduled. All these made a delay which caused me extra £15 in top of what i had paid. i called the hotline number, no one could give me an answer. Made me think there were 2 reservations. The driver and the ride were fine. It was not the driver fault, he was just doing his job.

my driver came the day before my arrival. the day of my arrival, if sent to him he told me that nobody would come to pick me up. I had to take a transport from the airport which cost me $ 140. a driver arrived later and I told him that I received a message saying that no one would come. I want compensation for this concern.

I requested return airport transport from and to CDG to Paris Disneylnd 1. The pick was on time, but you sent me a small sedan car when I explicitly mentioned we were four peraons with four large pieces of luggage! I eventually ended up using two taxis to get to the destination 2. I needed to change the timing of the return pickup so we could be at the airport one hour earlier than planned, thag has proven to be impossible as the mobile number you gave me was a deadline. when i called Mozio they tried to call Redcarpet but no one answered. I then had to book a taxi locally and pay 100 Euros to get to the airport. I was later informed that the taxi arrived even later than planned and that would have impacted a lot on the airport experience. There is clear poor communication, and several middlemen making it very hard to personalise your service and make it efficient.

Car service showed up right on time and provided text notifications leading up to arrival. Driver was very professional and car was clean and comfortable.
