Prompt, helpful and excellent vehicle

The reason for pre-booking online was to avoid waiting to be picked up - we had to wait 15 minutes past the agreed pick up time and if you had been monitoring flight arrivals you would have known our flight had actually landed early so in fact we actually had a 50 minute wait. Furthermore we tried calling the contact number 3 times to try and get an earlier pick up but were told to leave a message as no-one was available to answer our call at the time but no-one subsequently responded to the message we left. Finally the driver practically demanded a gratuity and was clearly very unhappy when we refused to give him one given our poor experience.

On time, spacious vehicles and friendly attentive drivers. Made getting from and to the airport very easy. Had to change a pick up time and Aerocar made it very easy. Highly recomnend Aerocar.
