No nos recogieron para llevarnos al aeropuerto y tuvimos que coger un taxi, a las 6:15 de la mañana era la recogida en el hotel y no se presentaron, el hotel llamo al número que ponia en la reserva unas 4 veces y no contestaron y pasado unos 20 minutos el hotel nos pidió un taxis el cual nos cobraron 32 €. siempre he utilizado este servicio porque me parece que es una compañia muy seria, por lo que no dudo en que me reembolsarán los 32€, dispongo de la factura del taxis.

good day to the team of Opodo. yesterday i had my ride with one of your driver, but he didnt show up to pick me up. in the same time we have try to call to all the number was in my reservation but was no answer. i was really concern as i have arrive late to the air port because of whats happend, and the recaption try to find an other drive in 05:15am. please do let me know the resulted and at peast he supose to let ke know that he will not come to pick me from the hotel.
driver was on time and very friendly! everythinf worked smoothly; would take it again!
